Subject: Hilarious, superb comedy
Edgar Kennedy could never be surpassed as the put-upon head of household. Here he is truly at his best. The whole episode takes place on board a sleeper train. Edgar is on a business trip. At first he thinks he is with just his wife. But then he finds that the owner of his company is on board - and then his dastardly mother- and brother-in-law turn up. Also on the train is a Daffy-Duck-Style Incredibly-Tired-Traveller who is constantly and hilariously kept awake by Kennedy. These sleeper trains seem to have been a non-stop source of gags for Hollywood two-reelers, and here it is done really well. The laughter is non-stop!
